A great tasting class and a great start on your journey
I'm an old hat in specialty coffee back when there wasn't a flavor wheel and the SCAs had not merged yet. Even with that I learned a lot of things in this tasting. My wife, whom is new to specialty coffees learned a lot more than I did and she said it was a great experience and fun learning. She didn't however admit she learned that she does not like naturally processed coffee. I can highly recommend this for anyone whom wants to learn more about coffee and how treatment affects taste and what the local coffee tastes like.
