Chef Aimal Formoli will create a Guatemalan Coffee Dinner in honor of our visiting Coffee Producer Juan Luis Barrios from Finca La Merced, Guatemala. A new way to experience Coffee. This is a sit down dinner for 32 people with all profits being donated towards building a computer classroom at the 'Balbina Figueroa de Ortega' school near the farm. Tickets $60 sold only at The East Sac Roastery.
