Adrian Castro Guevara started coffee farming in 1994 and over the last 30 years has grown to become a guiding figure to the people in San Andres, Lempira; helping connect his community with co-op’s and exporters. Around 20 families benefit directly from the coffee production at Joconte Estate, while Adrian is teaching his son everything he knows to secure their future and continue growing high quality coffee like this.
In the cup we're tasting baked apples and caramel, with an acidity that evolves and develops as it cools.
