Nestled in the foothills of Montaña Peña Blanca sits the municipality of San Pedro Necta of the Huehuetenango department, Guatemala. Here producer Valentin Gonzalez runs his farm, San Pancracio, at an elevation of 1550m; growing mostly Caturra with some small portions of Bourbons and Catuai too. As a small estate farm, San Pancracio only produces between 250-300 bags per year so we're thrilled to be adding it to our roster.
