High grown in the municipality of Palestina, Huila, this delicious washed Pink Bourbon is the product of 14 local small farmers.

Often thought to be a hybrid of red and yellow bourbons, the true origins of Pink Bourbon is largely unknown, with new evidence suggesting that it may be a descendant of an Ethiopian landrace variety. 

What we do know is that this coffee presents beautifully in the cup, with a bright lime acidity complemented by a tart sweetness and syrup-like body.
