Course Length:2 days (8 hours each day)
Class Size: 4 ppl.
Course includes light pastry breakfast, Lunch, and Coffee throughout.

The Barista Intermediate Course is designed to test key core and more advanced skills and understanding, expected from a competent barista (for example, from someone working as a barista for 6 months or more). Those students that have taken the Introduction to Coffee and Barista Foundations are also highly encourage to take the intermediate level for further education. Successful candidates should be able to dial in a brew recipe, make a full range of drinks with quality and speed, as well as understand the basic requirements for customer service and maintenance.
For those looking to further their education and earn points towards their certification under the Specialty Coffee Association, can add on the Exam. Once you have passed the exam you will receive a certificate and earn the 5pts towards your Coffee Skills Program; and upon passing the exam, you will receive a Certificate.
*Minimum 2 ppl per class, max 4 ppl per class. If minimum is not met, attendees are notified 2 days before class.
