Gives Decaf a good name

I have brewed this coffee a few different ways on the Hario v60. I've used both James Hoffmann's recipe and the 4:6 method. Each recipe highlighted different aspects of this coffee. Few coffees, at least to us coffee hobbyists, truly match the flavor notes listed on the bag but this does. What I loved about brewing it using the 4:6 method was this lovely cocoa taste and undertone. When I brewed using a single pour, I got alot of stone fruit and citrus. It was very bright. I've been drinking some geisha coffees lately and can say no exaggeration that this coffee is on par with some of those coffees. Sincerely, The Vegan Coffee Geek.

Fantastic coffee

This is by far the best decaf coffee I've been able to find, it's delicious!

Best light roast decaf

I've tried a number of decaf coffees that purport to be light roast only to be disappointed when I open the bag and find that it's on the dark side of medium. A light roast decaf is nearly impossible to find, so imagine my delight when I discovered Chocolate Fish and tried their decaf! The Santa Lucia Teotepec MWP Decaf - Mexico is delicious, and we have been enjoying drinking it for the past few years. We hope it doesn't go away! The Golden Bean Bronze Medal is well deserved.
