I made the coffee a number of ways including french, v60, clever, and Moka pot. I also made it as espresso using a pressurized portafilter. I felt it really shined in the Moka pot and on my Delonghi ec155. It was dreamy and satisfying. It was really tempting to make a second cup. It put a smile on my face. However, I felt it was a bit flat as filter coffee but that could be due to preference. I prefer using my Bialetti to brew coffee and find few coffees really shine as filter drip.
Las Brumas - Nicaragua

Finca Las Brumas was established by the Paguaga family in 1997. It is located in the San Fernando mountains close to the Honduran border adjacent to its sister farm, Finca Los Congos, and sharing similar topography. The mountain is covered with a pine tree forest and native animals roam around freely without being disturbed. They have meticulous processes and train their staff to hand pick and sort only the ripe fruit. The coffee is processed immediately at the farm's own micro-mill and is then sun-dried on raised beds.
