Very flavorful, smooth, and with a mellow sweet finish. One of my favorites.

Mr. Anibal Vela Herrera and his family have been farming coffee on Grano De Oro, a 2 Hectare farm, at 1821 meters elevation since 2012.
Located in the province of Jaen, Cajamarca region in the northern part of Peru near the Andes where the climate is ideal to produce specialty coffee.
As part of the Impro Café Coop, Mr. Anibal began producing specialty coffee in 2014. This year he has installed a new washing station where his coffees ferment from 20-26 hours before drying on this year’s new solar dryers. Organic, Fairtrade and UTZ certified, the coop continues to lead the way as a social and enterprise model.
