    Blind assessment: Complex and deeply sweet. Apricot, dark chocolate, hazelnut, narcissus, an Oolong tea suggestion in aroma and cup. Juicy, gently tart acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned and savory in the short finish, richly drying in the long.

    Who should drink it: Those who enjoy a crisp, juicy Colombia with chocolate throughout and a pleasing and surprising Oolong tea note.
