Everyone has their own way to drink coffee. I've been adding cream to mine since I was 6... just like my Mom. That being said, the coffee from Chocolate Fish is so good that it is the only coffee I am happy drinking black (particularly the low acid varieties!). Thank you for your dedication to making some of the best coffee around! I'm happily giving several bags as Christmas presents this year!
